Up Arrow Move selection up to previous screen item
Down Arrow Move selection to next screen item
Left Arrow Collapse level and move selection to parent
Right Arrow Expand child and move selection to first item in sublevel

Page Down Scroll down one page
Page Up Scroll up one page
Recent Files/History Screen
The Recent Files popup can be summoned if Shadow is set to a hardware button, pushing that button while in List View pops up the listing
