Please remember that we're being spammed by hundreds or thousands of email every day -- we do our best to prune out that junkmail, but on occasion we do miss an email so be patient! In fact, for some 5 or 6 years we've had some of the very best email support on the planet, but spammers are taking our mailservers down with such huge volumes that we've had to resort to this support form instead.
